Buying and downloading, step by step

1. Choose the format

On every product page you will find a dropdown called Format with two
options:

• STL file (digital download) — you get the file. No shipping.
• Finished jewellery — we make it in the workshop and ship it to you.

The price changes with your choice. If a design only shows one option, that
model is only sold that way.

2. Pay

We accept cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Payment runs
through a secure gateway: we never see or store your card details.

3. Download

As soon as payment clears:

• A download button appears on the confirmation screen itself.
• You receive an email with the same link.
• The file stays in My account → Downloads, permanently.

Each purchase allows a limited number of downloads (stated in the email). If
you run out, write to us and we will reset them.

4. Open the ZIP

The file arrives compressed as a .zip. On Windows: right click →
Extract all. On Mac: double click. Inside you will find the STLs by size,
the editable file and the PDF guide.

If something goes wrong

The email never arrived.
Check spam and the Promotions tab. If it is not there, go to
My account → Downloads: the purchase is always stored there.

The link says it has expired.
Write to us with your order number and we will issue a new one.

I bought the wrong product.
Because this is digital content delivered instantly, the right of withdrawal
is lost once the download has started (EU Consumer Rights Directive
2011/83/EU, art. 16.m). Even so, tell us: if you have not downloaded it, we
will sort it out. See the terms and conditions.

I need a size that is not listed.
Write to us. Adapting a specific size is usually quick and often free.
