Usage licences

Buying a file does not buy the design: it buys the right to use it within
the limits of the licence you choose. The design and its copyright remain ours.

Personal licence (included with every purchase)

You may:

• Print and cast the piece for yourself, your family or as a gift.
• Modify the file to fit your size or your taste.
• Have a third party print or cast it on your behalf.

You may not:

• Sell pieces manufactured from the model.
• Resell, give away, share or upload the file anywhere.
• Produce the model in series, even to give away.

Commercial licence

For jewellers and workshops that want to sell pieces made from our models.

Adds the right to:

• Manufacture and sell physical pieces with no unit limit.
• Use our renders on your product pages and social media.
• Modify the design and sell it as part of your own collection.

Still forbidden:

• Reselling or distributing the digital file, modified or not.
• Registering the design under your name.
• Transferring the licence to another workshop.

The commercial licence is bought per design and does not expire. If you plan to
work with several models, write to us: we do bundles.

Never permitted

• Uploading the file to download sites, forums, groups or repositories.
• Using the model to train artificial intelligence systems.
• Claiming authorship of the design.

How we detect misuse

Every download carries internal markers tied to the order. If one of our files
turns up circulating, we know which purchase it came from. That is not a
threat: it is the reason we can keep prices low for people who play fair.
