About the product
What exactly do I get when I buy?
A digital .zip file with the STLs for every size, an editable file and a PDF
printing guide. Nothing physical is shipped.
Can I buy the finished piece instead of the file?
Yes, on designs that offer it. On the product page, switch the Format
dropdown to Finished jewellery. That option does include shipping and a
making time.
Are the files tested?
All of them. Before a model is published we print and cast it in the workshop.
Which metals can it be cast in?
925 silver, 9 to 18 carat gold, brass and bronze. Shrinkage varies by metal:

About sizes
Are all sizes included?
Yes, the range stated on each product page, as separate files, for one price.
I need a size outside the range.
Write to us. We can usually generate it within 24-48 h.
Are the measurements before or after casting?
The file carries the intended final measurements. You will need to apply your
own shrinkage factor for your metal and investment.
About printing
Does it work on a filament printer?
We do not recommend it. Jewellery needs resin to keep the detail.
Which resin should I use?
Castable wax 20-40 % if you are casting. Standard resin if you only want to
test the size.
Can I send it to a print service?
Yes, and it is a good idea if you have no printer. Send them the .stl and the
PDF guide.
About buying
How long does the download take?
It is instant. As soon as payment clears you get the button and the email.
Can I download it again later?
Yes, from My account → Downloads. There is a download limit per purchase;
if you run out, we reset it.
Are there refunds?
For digital files, because delivery is instant, the right of withdrawal is lost
once the download starts. Physical jewellery has the standard 14 days. Details
in the terms and conditions.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, automatically when the order is confirmed. If you need company details on
it, add them at the billing step.
About licences
Can I sell what I print?
Not under the personal licence. You need a commercial licence.
Can I modify the design?
Yes, for your own use. What you cannot do is redistribute the file, original or
modified.
