2. Scope

These conditions govern the sale through this website of two clearly
distinguished product types:

• Digital STL files: digital content delivered by immediate download. No
  physical goods are shipped.
• Finished jewellery: physical pieces made to order and shipped to the
  address given by the customer.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euros. For sales to consumers in the European Union, VAT is
applied at the rate of the buyer's country of residence under the One Stop Shop
(OSS) scheme. The final amount, taxes included, is always displayed before
payment is confirmed.

4. Payment methods

Bank card, PayPal and [OTHER METHODS]. Payments are processed through secure
gateways. [NAME] does not store card details.

5. Delivery

Digital files. The download link is generated automatically when payment
clears and is sent to the email address provided. It also remains permanently
available under My account → Downloads. Each purchase allows [NUMBER]
downloads.

Finished jewellery. The making time stated on each product page starts from
payment confirmation. Shipping time is added to the making time. We ship to
[GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE] via [CARRIER].

6. Right of withdrawal

Digital content. Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of
withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on
a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express
consent and acknowledgement that the right is thereby lost. By ticking the
corresponding box during checkout, the customer gives that consent.

Finished jewellery. The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to
withdraw, except for personalised pieces or items made to the consumer's
specifications, which are excluded under Article 16(c).

7. Warranties

Physical jewellery carries the statutory conformity warranty of [PERIOD].
Digital files are supplied as described; if a file has a technical defect that
prevents its use, it is replaced or refunded.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, files, images and texts are the property of [NAME]. Purchase
grants only the usage licence described on the licences page,
with no transfer of ownership or exploitation rights.

Redistribution of the files by any means is expressly prohibited, as is their
use for training automated systems.

9. Liability

Files are supplied for 3D printing and casting. [NAME] is not responsible for
results obtained with third-party equipment, materials or processes, nor for
damage arising from incorrect use of printing or casting machinery.

10. Dispute resolution

Governing law: Spanish law. For complaints, consumers may use the European
online dispute resolution platform or their regional consumer protection body.
